All of our internet sales are covered by the "Distance Selling Regulations"

You have the right to return any product bought from us and obtain a full refund providing you notify us within 7 days of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return postage or courier costs and the item must be returned to us in the same condition as delivered. Any consumable items like creams or lotions must be un-used. The buyer must take all reasonable precautions to ensure the item is properly packed to avoid the risk of damage in transit.
